    does it do anything?? i have distro'd to my platinum or is it some random event nintendo threw in to keep things fresh? aha wudnt be the first time!

    Pikachu-Colored Pichu activates an in-game Event in Illex Forest in HG&SS to acquire Notched-Eared Pichu, while the Jirachi unlocks a special PokeWalker Course Map ~ Edge of the Night Sky.

    The WCS2010 Eevee doesn't do anything special in-game and is just a random promotional present from it's Event.

    ^ Because the Legal.exe you're using is either not updated or not compatible with the specific Event.
