I've personally ripped this from an app package, straight off the Wii as a Rom file, then created an IPS patch for it. This IPS can be applied to PRG0 and PRG1 of Super Mario Bros. ROM.This is also an official release from Nintendo and probably one of the last types of Roms for the Famicom / NES line that's been released.
